Senior Sales Consultant

Location: Home based with monthly requirement to attend office for sales/implementation meetings.

The primary focus of the role is to develop new business predominately with medium to large corporate prospects, however, there will also be a need to visit smaller organisations from time to time. You will have experience of presenting and negotiating at senior HR and Director level for the implementation of employee rewards, benefits, communications and technology solutions. You will be required to generate sales in line with pre-agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis. The role will include company and industry sector fact finding, prospecting activity, attending client meetings, needs analysis, solution selling, proposal development, client presentations, and closing new business.

Key Result Areas

  • Sales Target Achievement.
  • Actively seek and maximise sales opportunities via group, prospecting activity and developing new sales channels.
  • Develop working relationships with key corporate clients in business area
  • Work closely with internal team, sales support, product development, marketing, data and implementation, system development and support centre to develop good working relationships
  • Personal Development

2008 Targeting - Senior Sales Consultants will be targeted as follows;

  • £600,000 annual new revenue target
  • Commission will be paid at the rate of 5% of net subscriber income generated
  • Average 2 client visits per day, 4 days per week
