Flexible Benefits Administrator
Location: Hammersmith, London
This role is within the customer implementation team and the role includes:
- Data validation and manipulation for their team's allocated clients for both annual loads and on-going maintenance and updates
- Loading data for their clients using Motivano's back office system
- Loading and configuring flex and total reward statement sites for their clients using in-house system
- Producing, configuring and validating end of election reports
- Administration support for their clients HR/admin teams
- Day-to-day support for their team leader in management of their clients including resolving queries, making changes and ad-hoc processing and ensuring their teams schedules and deadlines are met
The key skills required are;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Excel products
- Confidence in working with and understanding data
- Ability to collect and manipulate data to ensure the accurate creation, launching , ongoing maintenance and updates of clients schemes
- Ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner with data
- Work within a team to manage multiple clients
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Experience and knowledge of the benefits market preferred
