Which? have been partnered with Motivano for over 3 years now and are always impressed with the suppliers and savings that are offered and updated monthly.
Everyone in the team at Motivano are incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions that we have, promptly replying the emails and actioning requests.
In November 2008 we changed over to the single sign on method so that employees were able to access the website with one easy click of the button. This was set up via the intranet and staff are logged in via their personal account. This method contributed to a triple in the usage rates, making the benefits package even better value for money.
Kwik Fit
We had been with another flex provider for a few years, but were becoming disheartened with some aspects of the service, mainly failing to manage our expectations, lack of creativity, technological problems and the complications of administration. After going through a tender process, we changed our provider to Motivano, who seemed to be more focused on making the flex system a more pleasurable experience!
We have been absolutely delighted with the service provided by Motivano. The support and guidance both to the admin team and employees is second to none, the service is smooth and professional but still friendly! Their system technology is efficient and effective with great improvements made to the site for the end user. The end result is a happier workforce, a less frustrated admin team and an election take up rate of 97%!

One of these was the Flex platform itself and the Motivano solution, along with several other factors, prompted our decision to change providers. Employees found the new platform easier to navigate, and the transition was a great success.
