Alistair Denton
Alistair has 25 years experience in HR, Technology and Business Management.
Alistair joined Motivano in 2000 from Bull Information Systems, where he was the youngest ever Executive Board Member. At Bull he managed a $120 million business with 850 employees. In 1998 Bull presented him with its Worldwide Top 10 Management Award. Prior to that, he had spent 14 years in HR, first at British Rail (8 years) and then at Bull (6 years), where he covered a full range of activities including industrial relations, recruitment and employee benefits; culminating in his appointment as HR Manager at Bull Information systems.
Alistair is responsible for the UK business of Motivano.
Alistair has an MBA from Brunel University and is a member of both the Institute of Personnel & Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Mark Carman
Over the past 9 years Mark has worked with Motivano's client's marketing, internal communication departments, design and branding agencies creating benefits brands for clients, developing and delivering multi-media communication programs. He has enjoyed highly successful launches and continues to control over 100 ongoing communication plans for clients including QinetiQ and Novartis.
Mark is also responsible for all of Motivano's marketing, PR, and corporate communications. He has been successful in raising the company's profile in the UK, positioning Motivano as the leading Flexible Benefits Technology supplier, as recognised at the Employee Reward and Benefits Magazine 2006 awards where Motivano were chosen as the best Flexible Benefits technology provider in the UK.
Mark joined Motivano in 1999 and was instrumental in the launch of Motivano in the UK and the US. Prior to joining Motivano he gained 11 years publishing experience at Reed Publishing, IPC Magazines, IDG and Brass Tacks Publishing where he was publishing director for sports titles. His publishing experience includes managing several titles on behalf of the DTI, The Rugby Football Union and the Royal Mail's business customer magazines. Mark also has 6 years experience in advertising sales, sponsorship management and database marketing.
Mark has a BSc (Hons) Physics Degree from the University of East Anglia and is the longest serving member of staff.
Sarah Dowdall
Sarah has over 15 years experience in Product Development, Customer Care and Implementation in both the Employee Benefits and Travel & Leisure industries. Sarah has been a part of the management team at Motivano since 1999. Whilst at Motivano, Sarah has led the Product Development, Implementation and Customer Care Teams and has personally lead the consultation and implementation of many of Motivano's major accounts - including Microsoft, Coca Cola, QinetiQ, EC Harris, Ajilon, Arup, Adecco, Mitsubishi Corporation and Axon Global.
Sarah has been instrumental in Motivano's success, culminating in achieving the the UK's Best Flex Consultant Award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2006. The award is in recognition of her dedication and excellence in delivering innovative Flexible Benefits schemes.
David Kasamaki
David brings to Motivano over 15 years experience of the Financial Services Industry, where he has gained considerable knowledge of the corporate benefits and technology platform markets.
As Motivano is a preferred technology provider for many Advisory and Consultancy businesses, a growing number of our client wins come from third parties. This has resulted in the need for us to have a dedicated resource to manage and develop these relationships further. With David’s time at the AEGON Group and most recently as the Sales and Marketing Director for Orbit he is well positioned to lead our Channel and Strategic Partners Proposition into new territory.

Liam Tebb
Liam makes sure all customer queries, ranging from last minute holidays to Tenerife to forgetting passwords, are dealt with as quickly, accurately and calmly as possible, whilst maintaining utmost professionalism at all times. Liam has built up years of customer care experience whilst he was Manager of a call centre comprising of over 70 staff, at STA. Liam's strong connections within the travel industry have been highly influential in securing Motivano's exclusive deals with nearly all tour operators.
Rex Slater
Rex has worked for 18 years in the IT industry focusing on systems analysis, design & construction. During that time he has worked on software systems that cater for the staff compliance, testing and scheduling issues within the life assurance industry - used by companies such as Standard Life & Barclays. Developed systems used during the de-regulation of the electricity industry to manage the high volume doorstep sales process - used by London Electricity. Developed web based personal financial planners. Rex was one of the first recruits to Motivano before it's launch in 1999 and was primarily responsible for developing the in-house call center software to manage the sales process lifecycle. He then moved on to take a lead technical role in the development of the Motivano platform that we have today. Rex also has a BA Hons degree in applied social science & an MSc in IT from Kingston University.
Seif Saghri
Seif has a 20-year track record of founding and building innovative businesses that are profitable and deliver high investment returns to his shareholders.
In 1999 he founded Motivano to fill a technology and service gap in the HR and Employee Benefits market. He backed his vision with over $1.5 million of his own capital. Today, Motivano is a profitable, 45-employee company, serving over 2 million employees for more than 5,000 corporate and government clients.
Prior to Motivano, Seif founded LCR Telecom in 1995. Within 4 years LCR had expanded into 8 countries with 200 employees, attracting 10,000 corporate clients and generating $50 million in turnover. By July 1999, LCR had become one of Europe's only profitable Telecom Resellers, when Seif sold in an all cash deal on a company valuation of $70 million.
Before LCR, Seif founded Infolines Ltd in 1992, and built it into the UK's second largest independent payphone company. He and the other founding shareholders exited the business at an enterprise value of over $10 million.
In 2000, Seif was chosen as one of 5 successful European-based entrepreneurs to speak at Harvard Business School's Annual Conference on Entrepreneurship, its largest yearly event. Seif received a BA from Trinity College, Connecticut.
