Motivano won awards for the Flexible Benefits Technology Provider of the Year 2006 and the Voluntary Benefits Provider of the Year 2007
Motivano won the award for the best Flexible Benefits Technology Provider of the year at the inaugural Employee Reward & Benefits Awards. The award was given to Motivano in ultimate recognition of best practice in the Flexible Benefits and Salary Sacrifice arena in the UK. Motivano was also short listed for the best Voluntary Benefits Provider and Flexible Benefits Adviser of the year categories. In 2007 Motivano won the Voluntary Benefits Provider of the Year.
The two awards are in recognition of outstanding corporate strategic advice on Employee Benefits
A panel of 150 leading UK employers were surveyed by Employee Benefits Magazine to discover which benefits consultants offered best advice and service excellence.
Following the research Motivano were chosen as the winners of two categories at the Employee Benefits Magazine Awards May 2006. The categories are 'Best Consultant for Corporate Flexible Benefits Strategy' and 'Most Innovative Corporate Benefits Consultant'.
Tech Track 100 ranks Britain's fastest-growing private tech companies based on sales growth over the latest two years.
Motivano was ranked 30th in the Tech Track 100 league table in 2003 after achieving growth of 112% a year from an annualised £662,000 in 2000 to £3m in 2002.
Tech Track 100 is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each September, with an awards event in November.
