Project Manager/Consultant
Location: Hammersmith, London
This role is within the Client Implementation and Consultancy Team and the role includes:
- Work with the Sales Team in the latter phases of the sales process to present the Motivano Solution to prospective clients
- Manage the whole project implementation process with both new and existing clients of Motivano
- Work with clients to guide them through the implementation of their Flex/Total Reward Implementation
- Work with clients to help them to define the schemes rules and ensure their scheme meets the objectives outlined at the beginning of the programme
The key skills required are;
- Good knowledge of the Flexible Benefits Marketplace
- Good project Management Skills and experience
- Ability to collect and manipulate data to ensure the accurate creation, launching , ongoing maintenance and updates of clients schemes
- Ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner with data
- Work within a team to manage multiple clients
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Experience and knowledge of the benefits market preferred
