One of these was the Flex platform itself and the Motivano solution, along with several other factors, prompted our decision to change providers. With any new implementation you would expect to have teething problems but thanks to the help and dedication of the Project Team we hardly experienced any. Employees found the new platform easier to navigate, and the transition was a great success.
